Private Sessions
Private sessions are the most direct way to work with the body. They allow space for precision, depth and individual attention.
Each session is shaped around you – your situation, challenges, goals. Yoga, movement, breath, meditation and elements of body therapy are composed into a practice that is uniquely yours..
Sessions can take place in person (Munich area) or online, one-to-one or in a small group, at home or in a studio. Time and format are adapted to what is realistic and supportive for you.
Languages: German, English, French and Portuguese.
