OCTOBER 12-19 2018 | KRETASHALA | TRIOPETRA, SOUTH OF CRETE
And we will do it again :) The 5th Crete-Retreat with Laurie Stettner and Jan Kahlert will happen in October - when its still warm, golden and sunny in Crete - and, well, honestly, I can't wait.
Triopetra is one of my favorite places in the whole world and teaching there is always very special. So please join us for one week of intensive Yoga, Live music, endless beaches and just a very good time!
Laurie and me will teach in turns and offer quite different, complementary approaches to Yoga and Jan will bring his drums.
This unique combination of deep Jivamukti classes, Live music, drumming, dancing and free movement is a great chance to go way deeper than usual classes.
And of course, there’s as well plenty of time to relax, swim and explore the amazing, wild nature around us. Because, after all: Every moment is the best, when you are present.

Triopetra, in the peaceful South of Crete, recharges and inspires by itself: Majestic rocks, a clear sea and literally nothing else around. At this time of the year, it’ already quite hot and we’ll have 12 hour-sunshine-days.
Pavlos’s guest house is an ideal setting to connect with nature and yourself. According to the book “Great Yoga Retreats” by Angelika Taschen it is “a little oasis of humanity” offering a bright Yoga room with sea view, an open air practice space, simple but comfortable rooms with balconies, a small tavern where the delicious food made by Pavlos and his family is served, and all of this with the Libyan Sea and a sandy beach right in front of you.
Extended Jivamukti Classes
We’ll start the day with meditation and a decent Jivamukti session - focusing on flowing Vinyasa with Live music, detailed Asana exploration, Hand’s On assists, pranayama, yogic cleansing techniques, chanting and the practical aspects of Yoga philosophy.
On some afternoons the sessions will be restorative and gentle, others will be filled with rhythm and the free flow of your body’s own intelligence. Laurie will use her background as a dancer&singer and guide you through this source of joy. And of course we’ll chant under the sunsets, connect in silence and enjoy our dinners above the Libyan sea.
